Biomethane -- an Integrated Environmental Solution

Cenex in partnership with NGVA and Environmental protection are organizing a one day conference on Monday 3rd March in Greenwich, London.

Biomethane offers a unique opportunity to integrate waste management solutions with the production and use of a clean burning, low carbon transport fuel. This event will bring together expertise from the production of biomethane, management of transport fleets and environmental assessment to make a strong case for the production of biomethane from organic waste, and its use in transport applications.

Presentations will include best practise from the UK beyond, insights on the gas vehicle market, expertise in the production of biomethane, and details of assistance available for those considering biomethane projects. The event will also feature the launch of the 'Biomethane Resources Toolkit', providing a wide range of tools to help organisations assess biomethane projects and applications.

Above all, the event will represent an excellent opportunity to meet and network with a wide range of contacts involved in the production and use of biomethane, both informally and also through our expert panel sessions.

The conference marks Biomethane for Transport's first anniversary. The group is a networking community of organisations from the private and pubic sectors with interests in the development of biomethane as a road transport fuel. Our aim is to act as one voice for all those pressing for development of this unique resource.

A full programme will shortly be available on Biomethane for Transport's website, http://www.biomethane.org.uk

£80 - Environmental Protection UK and NGVA Members
